Join Our Patient Group!

We are looking for new members to join our lovely Patient Participation Group!

 

 

We usually meet up once every three months at the practice, either on a lunch time or evening, for an hour or two, to talk all things Albert Road Surgery; how we can improve our services, patient surveys, changes we’d like to make, things we cant change (things that we are bound by contract to do), upcoming events, national and local NHS updates and much more, including a real insight into how the practice works. We aim to keep the meetings positive, it is not a platform for complaints.
